Description & Requirements

Position Summary

ERP、SCM、BIパッケージの知識と経験またはその周辺のテクニカルな知識と経験をもって、顧客向けおよびパートナー向けに当社製品の導入コンサルティングを担当して頂きます。

また、商談支援として提案書作成や製品紹介、プレゼンテーションなどのセールス支援もお任せします。

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

当社製品の導入コンサルティング（テクニカル部分）

対象製品：ERP、SCM（需要予測、需給計画、スケジューラー等）、BI、倉庫管理

導入方法論の理解と実践および改善

導入ドキュメントの標準化、保守および改善

顧客、パートナーとの信頼関係構築（アカウントマネージ）

商談における提案活動

EXPERIENCE:

主に製造業に対して導入コンサルタントの経験、または顧客サイドで導入した経験のある方

（主にインタフェース方針やシステム設計経験のある方）

上記対象製品に関するシステム設計や運用設計などのテクニカル経験者

ハードウェア、ネットワークの基礎知識(オンプレ)、クラウドに関する基礎知識

OS周りの基礎知識やRDBMS製品の知識など

プログラム開発やパフォーマンスチューニングのテクニカル的な経験者（パッケージに対するアドオンなど）

チームワークや信頼関係を構築するためのコミュニケーションスキル
