Description & Requirements

Position Summary 


The function of this role will be to maintain and develop new functions for an existing solution. The right candidate will have experience in designing, developing, and maintaining applications with PCSoft Development tools (French IDE). This role is also expected to participate in business analysis tasks and quality assurance and provide technical subject matter expertise on purpose for software package.



Essential duties

  • Assist with estimation and planning activities
  • Provide assistance with testing and problem resolution as may be required.
  • Performs complex bug verification, release testing and beta support for assigned products:
  • Researches problems and develops solutions to the problems.
  • Conducts unit testing and integration testing for functionality and limits.
  • Researches and understands the marketing requirements for a product, including target environment, performance criteria and competitive issues. Researches new technology or development tools to remain informed of current technology


Requisition

  • Solid experience in Windev and Hyperfile SQL , Webdev (appreciated)
  • Software maintenance, project management, and build of webservice.
  • Fluent French language required.

Nice to have 

  • Experience with French payroll system, and/or Temporary Working industry. 
  • Experience with database IBM DB2.
