Description & Requirements

Infor is seeking a Workforce Management Team Lead to join our Professional Services (Infor Consulting Services) organization, supporting the Workforce Management team. The Team Lead reports to the Director of the Consulting Practice and leads a consulting team with focus on implementation execution through prescriptive delivery methods to ensure desired customer outcomes. Additionally, the Team Lead will have individual client responsibility for client management, project work, and system implementation.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
  • Assure high customer satisfaction by providing high quality service delivery.
  • Support sales cycles and partner with services sales and product sales to execute seamless Sales to Service transitions for both Infor and our clients.
  • Achieve utilization and margin targets.
  • Lead and manage consultants, taking a role in individual development, team management, and various compliance activities.
  • Serve as escalation point in projects.
  • Work closely with regional management, PM’s, Client Partners, and Global Delivery Services on capacity planning, resourcing requirements for major projects, and resource competence development plans.
  • Continuous improvement of service delivery and product capabilities through feedback from the field into Industry Leadership and Product Management.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Workforce Management Software knowledge, relating to time and attendance or time clock systems.
  • Professional Services business experience, with experience in a shared service model.
  • Experience working with and/or coordinating the efforts of multiple parties.
  • Software industry or related industry experience, including management experience.
  • Experience managing consultant utilization and project margin.
  • Experience presenting and facilitating to internal and/or external leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Implementation experience with Workforce Management software or other WFM scheduling software.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry terminology and practices.
  • Union software scheduling experience.
  • Experience in successful implementation of large-scale software implementation projects.
  • Services delivery experience and track record of overachievement on targets.
  • Ability to travel up to 40%.
