Summary:
The Account Manager is responsible for installed base and Net-New sales in Services Industries (i.e., Professional Services, Financial Services, and Business Services markets) and will be responsible for a satisfactory Infor relationship and direct business development for target accounts. This is an opportunity to expand the business unit beyond the installed base.
The Account Manager shall identify and qualify Net-New sales opportunities and execute an intelligent pursuit plan to sell Infor Cloud Suite and related products to the Services industry. They will target an installed base and Net-New list of large enterprise organizations, while maintaining successful relationships with clients beyond the initial software sale. A challenging Subscription Software sales background is strongly desired as you position Infor Cloud Suite and related products in complex enterprise Services markets.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
- Articulate the Infor Cloud Suite solution value proposition and successfully communicate the competitive advantages, resources and processes to target companies.
- Work with prospective clients to understand their business objectives and create appropriate solutions to meet their business needs.
- Develop value propositions based on ROI cost/benefit analysis.
- Develop customer account strategies and tactical penetration plans and establish, document, and maintain communication and follow-up procedures for all assigned accounts.
- Manage a challenger sales cycle.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale.
- Generate five times pipeline and achieve consistent quarterly quota achievement.
Basic Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Cloud Suite Enterprise Software Sales.
- Experience and/or desire to understand our competition.
- Ability to establish and manage executive level customer relationships.
- Experience managing multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously.
- Ability to develop business relationships with extended team members to drive sales.
- Track-record as a direct contributor carrying individual quota.
- Sales record with large, complex, Services Markets accounts.
- Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding assigned quota.
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- Experience selling into Professional, Financial and, Business Services Companies with 750m – multi-billion annual revenues.
- Knowledge of large enterprise business processes.
- Experience selling Financials, HR and Timekeeping, and Scheduling enterprise software.
- Willingness to Travel.
