The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in the Cloverleaf Integration Suite by bridging the gap between R&D and business using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements, and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders. This role will ensure that the Cloverleaf Integration Suite continues to meet the needs of its users and adheres to the highest standards of performance, security, and usability.
A DAY IN THE LIFE:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into functional specifications.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure the requirements are clearly understood and implemented correctly.
• Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Document processes and prepare reports on the findings and outcomes of analysis.
• Identify and implement improvements to business processes and systems.
REQUIRED SKILLS
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with business analysis techniques and tools.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business analysis software.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Experience in the healthcare industry.
• Knowledge of Cloverleaf Integration Suite.
• Understanding of data analysis and visualization tools.
