Description & Requirements

This position requires a genuine interest in business processes and IT, as well as working collaboratively to solve business problems. Driven and result oriented personality with excellent communication skills.

Doer with strong analytical skills and a passion to learn and grow. This position involves simple customer requests that require limited IT support.


A Day in The Life Typically Includes: 

  • Serve as the first point of contact for On Premise, Single Tenant, and Multi-Tenant cloud customers.
  • Manage and respond to customer enquiries.
  • Work across departments within Infor to ensure appropriate and timely resolution of service desk tickets.
  • Develop strong customer relationships.
  • Solve common problems such as username and passwords issues, menu navigation, verification of hardware and software, installation issues, and setup.
  • Participate in internal and external audits.


Required skills: 

  • Full proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Ability to work remote teams in a global environment.
  • Prior customer management experience.
