Position Summary:

The Senior Cloud System Engineer will, in general, be involved with (1) development of OAD automation codes, (2) addressing OAD cloud infrastructure issues, (3) cloud certification and (4) provide support to the OAD development and QA teams.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

• One of the main responsibilities is to contribute readable, testable, & maintainable automation code which deploys our Application in AWS and Azure.
• Automate the provisioning of Customer’s Infrastructure using different IAAS Tools, and Customers Environment using REST API/Scripting
• Helping in adding code improvements for our monthly release and ensuring that all automation codes are working and tested.
• Work with various teams/counterparts in order to complete a certain Cloud Related Task.
• Provide support and technical guidance to different teams who use our automation codes. Writing wikis with a step-by-step guide and detailed diagram of new process/automation improvements which will be useful to different teams for their Cloud Certification
• Ensure that the applications are compliant with best practices when it comes to the Security of Data, and Infrastructure. Provide help in monthly adoption of latest foundation image for all of our Servers, and fix Security Related Issues in our Infrastructure.
• You need to do a Proof-of-Concept (POC), Design, and Implement Improvements in our Cloud Automation to ensure that our Customers’ Environments are always in good shape.
• Proactively explore relevant technologies and applications that can improve our overall work.

What You Will Need:

Required skills:

• Relevant experience of 7 years or more on any of these programming languages: Java, Javascript, Typescript, C#, PHP, Python, or NodeJS 
• Experience in developing/maintaining an enterprise-level application/system.
• Capable of solving complex issues.
• Amenable to work on a hybrid set-up

What Will Put You Ahead?

Preferred Qualifications:

• Appropriate expertise in establishing and overseeing DevOps pipelines, as well as continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes
• Someone who possesses familiarity with the Ops Side of Things, including Windows Server or Linux, Networking, Server Automation, and Cloud (AWS or Azure).
