Description & Requirements
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Collections Specialist to join our team! Candidates will be responsible for working directly with our clients to reconcile open account balances in the system.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
- Contact customers to gather information related to the payment and resolution of account receivables
- Use analytical skills to assess, escalate, and report accounts or account issues
- Prepare account receivable documentation and reports
- Document quality information that details customer communications
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Required skills:
- Previous experience in collections
- Previous experience in customer service
- Internal and external communication skills including written, verbal, presentation, and active listening
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft Excel (specifically pivot tables and vlookups)
