Infor Consultants work with Clients to implement Infor software and industry standard processes with the aim of reducing costs, increasing customer service, and creating frameworks for enhanced collaboration and business efficiency. Whilst our technology is the enabler and vehicle for achieving business benefits, the quality and experience of our consultants are key differentiators. The job holder is responsible for delivering business process and application consulting services which include process design, application configuration, testing, client training on Infor software, technologies, and tools in accordance with standard implementation methods. The Consultant is also responsible for developing ongoing, successful business relationships with clients and for providing clients with "industry best practice" recommendations.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
- Participate in full life cycle client facing ERP implementation projects relating to Infor applications, working as part of an Infor Project team.
- Lead the information gathering and design process for a client implementation, including the development of functional business requirements and solution scope documents.
- Configure a client business solution.
- Develop and execute test plans and test software configurations.
- Provide training to client’s key and end users.
- Provide implementation consultancy and application best practice advice.
- Achieving engagement objectives.
- Provide regular internal reports on the status of projects.
- Attend product functionality briefings and training sessions.
- When an issue comes diagnose, analyze, and solve the issue.
- Responsible for any enhancements or Customizations business functional analysis to facilitate for the technical team.
Required skills:
- Must be Fluent in English.
- Graduated; Engineering, Business management or business informatics any of them.
- Experience on ERP Supply chain, procurement, warehouse, logistics and sales modules implementations with any of the international ERP packages.
- At least 2 or 3 full end to end Implementations being executed.
- Actual working Years experience from 4 - 6 years.
- Client-oriented, self-motivated person with a strong drive for development with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines assuring quality of project service delivery.
- Able to understand and comply with guidance and directives from direct function supervisor and interact with all levels of management.
- Able to work in different time zones Middle east, Europe, Americas or APAC.
- Germany or French is a Plus.
- Complete end to end ERP implementation.
- Distribution, F&B or Equipment Business fully understand.
- International standard ERP solutions experience.
