Description & Requirements
- Must have atleast 4 to 5 years of experience in Consulting, Incident Management and Supporting post go-live activities which are technical in nature, of any ERP Solution.
- Bachelor's Degree in any Computer Science, Information Technology or any related course.
- Candidate must also be knowledgeable in process analysis, design, and documentation. Has excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and planning skills.
- Flexible to work on US, EMEA and/or APAC shifts, provide Holiday Support and be available for on call during weekends when necessary.
- Strong Analytical, Problem Solving and Troubleshooting skills and plus extensive experience in development using any of the following programming languages - JAVA, Javascript, SQL, AngularJS, Typescript, EDI, XML, C#, .NET.
- Ability to verbally present complex concepts and technical information to a non-technical audience in a clear and concise manner.
- Develop strong functional consulting skills surrounding Infor applications (and related third party) technologies and tools to support product customizations, modifications and related consulting/training activities.
- Responsible for analyzing and interpreting client requirements, drafting functional descriptions and/or programming specifications as required
- Analyze customers' business requirements objectives; develops business processes to meet customers' business needs. Model to-be business processes in the Infor application. Document and communicate the planned use of the Infor application
