Sr Business Analyst in the LN Technology Team. The business analyst will be responsible for defining requirements in the area of Cloud Deployment and REST API platform. After the topics have been completed roll out materials for new functionality to customers and internal stake holders.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes: 

• Defining innovative software requirements for future releases from customers and the fiel
• Communication of existing and new product release features and capabilities to all areas within the organization, and to external stakeholders; 
• Create roll out materials for new functionality to customers
• Present new functionality to internal stakeholders
• Support product testing and review, as required, to ensure delivered product meets customer needs;

Basic Qualifications: 

• You are proactive, analytical, accurate and results driven.
• Understands and is interested in a broad range of technologies, cloud concepts and micro services that apply to the environments in which our application operates;
• Be an evangelist for the product, demonstrating capabilities of the product in a positive light in both internal and external settings; 
• Be accountable for the competitiveness of new product-related features, and to ensure that they meet customer needs; 

• You are a team player

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bonus points if you have technical and/or development knowledge of Infor LN
• You speak advanced Dutch or willing to learn the Dutch language
