Descripción y Requisitos
Act as a liaison during elicitation, design, review, and development process. Focusing on requirements analysis, creating design and providing strategic and reliable solution for the maintenance of GHR Payroll within SLO (service level objective).
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
• Working closely with the development team: with the developers to provide clear, strategic solution that aligns with the requirements and with the quality analysts to provide guidance during testing and validation
• Triaging and communicating findings of reported incidents and product issues
• Eliciting and providing well-documented analysis and proposed resolution
• Creating knowledge transfer references/demos for new feature enhancements
What You Will Need:
• At least 4 years of experience in ERP and Software development
• High proficiency in business analysis
• Communication, Documentation and Presentation Skills
• Knowledge in Software Development Life Cycle
• Knowledge in Business process models and Database Structure
• Knowledge in Project and Defect Management Tools (e.g. MS Projects, JIRA, etc.)
• Willingness to work on night shift (US working hours) and collaborate with counterparts and support, and customers, as needed.
What Will Put You Ahead?
• Industry and Domain Expertise in ERP, particularly HRM. Background in General Ledger/Accounting is an advantage.
• Self-organized and proactive (able to complete the deliverables in a timely manner)
• Can perform functional testing and validation
• Transferrable Skills (Has domain knowledge with current/previous work)
• Ability to adapt quickly and understand directions and objectives.
• Ability to mentor junior members of the team
• Experience in Agile software development
