Title: Dev Business Analyst

Location: Hyderabad/Remote

Education: Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in CSE/IT/IIT/NIT

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

• Lead one or more Agile development teams to define, design, prioritize feature work on the core product.
• Gather, design and document requirements and use cases suitable for the agile development cycle.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on product functionality for customer demonstrations and for internal and external training needs.
• Investigate product issues to determine whether a change to core product is required, provide effective communication to customers and stakeholders.
• Become the foremost expert on the product modules under your area of responsibility.
• Research and identify opportunities for integration and partnerships with third party vendors.
• Participate and lead strategic initiatives on adoption of Infor technology stack.
• Manage customer interactions, participate in lead adopter program as a subject matter expert.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience as a business analyst or similar role in a technical field
• Experience working in a technology environment with focus on SaaS delivery model.
• Background with one or more relational databases: Oracle, SQL Server, DB2 or Postgres
• Knowledge of traditional SDLC and Agile SCRUM processes
• Verbal and written communication skills in the English language

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with an ERP products or other complex systems preferred.
• An undergraduate and/or Master’s degree in a Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or IT field
• Previous experience in a developer or technical role a plus
• Experience with Agile in a product owner or SM role a plus
• Background with Java technology and multi-tiered product architecture
