Title: Dev Business Analyst
Location: Hyderabad/Remote
Education: Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in CSE/IT/IIT/NIT
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
- Lead one or more Agile development teams to define, design, prioritize feature work on the core product.
- Gather, design and document requirements and use cases suitable for the agile development cycle.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on product functionality for customer demonstrations and for internal and external training needs.
- Investigate product issues to determine whether a change to core product is required, provide effective communication to customers and stakeholders.
- Become the foremost expert on the product modules under your area of responsibility.
- Research and identify opportunities for integration and partnerships with third party vendors.
- Participate and lead strategic initiatives on adoption of Infor technology stack.
- Manage customer interactions, participate in lead adopter program as a subject matter expert.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience as a business analyst or similar role in a technical field
- Experience working in a technology environment with focus on SaaS delivery model.
- Background with one or more relational databases: Oracle, SQL Server, DB2 or Postgres
- Knowledge of traditional SDLC and Agile SCRUM processes
- Verbal and written communication skills in the English language
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with an ERP products or other complex systems preferred.
- An undergraduate and/or Master’s degree in a Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or IT field
- Previous experience in a developer or technical role a plus
- Experience with Agile in a product owner or SM role a plus
- Background with Java technology and multi-tiered product architecture
