Descripción y Requisitos

Infor Decision Analytics and Science (IDEAS) team is responsible for setting the innovation strategy at Infor. The Development Intern will join a diverse, well-integrated, and customer-focused team of scientists, engineers, solution architects, application developers, and product/solution managers. There is an ambitious vision to enable enterprise Machine Learning (ML) for all Infor customers across multiple industries and segments.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
  • Conduct user research sessions to gather insights and understand customer needs. Analyze user feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improving the EDA process.
  • Work on design projects using tools like Figma or Adobe XD. Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual designs that provide intuitive and user-friendly experiences for exploring data.
  • Design multiple views and charts that help users better understand their data and extract meaningful insights.
  • Engage in brainstorming sessions to come up with innovative design solutions. Experiment with new ideas and approaches to enhance the prescriptive user experience in EDA.
  • Present your design concepts to the team and stakeholders, gather feedback, and iterate on your designs. Ensure that your solutions align with user needs and project goals.
  • Document your design process, decisions, and insights. Prepare presentations to showcase your work and share your findings with the team and stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Currently enrolled in degree or certification program.
  • Experience in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
  • Experience using Tableau or Power BI.
  • Exposure to Gen AI concepts.
  • Ability to complete full 12-week internship working 40 hours per week (May-August 2025).
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with AI-powered EDA tools like Pandas Profiling, Sweetviz, or AutoViz2.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R, especially for data analysis.
  • Demonstrate experience in user-centered design processes, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
