Early Talent Program
Infor’s Early Talent Program helps recruit and onboard individuals new to the software industry, including recent graduates, veterans, and those changing careers or reentering the job market. The program helps train and prepare new talent by focusing on soft skills, like communication and time management, that will be of value throughout a person’s career.
Extensive onboarding programs also provide classroom training on Infor-specific solutions, preparing individuals to step into roles in consulting, presales, and sales. Planned career paths also offer early talent clear routes for advancement and expanding responsibilities, such as the routes between Business Development Representative (BDR), Inside Sales, and Field Sales.

- Interface directly with enterprise clients to integrate their mobile, web, e-commerce, and point of sale applications with our APIs/SDKs and custom features.
- Manage the technical customer relationship for all facets of the integration including, but not limited to, requirements clarification, integration testing, load testing, giving demos, upgrading software, and responding to Customer needs for technical information.
- Work closely with product and engineering in delivering enterprise-level solutions to customers through problem solving, testing, and code delivery.
- Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are necessary.
- Work with development engineers, product managers, account managers and other departments to understand the technology resolve problems
- Position may require some travel and some availability for off-hours support required.
Position Summary

Knowledge and Skills, You Bring to the Organization
- A genuine interest in business processes, IT and and working collaboratively to solve business problems
- Newly graduated with a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Manufacturing or ERP Systems Management
- Driven and results-oriented personality
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A “can-do” attitude with strong analytical skills and a passion to learn & grow
- Be proficient in Japanese & English, any additional languages is beneficial
- Be eligible to work in Japan
- International experience from studies is nice to have
- Willingness to domestic and international travel
