We are hiring a Product Design, Team Lead to drive better product experience for our customers that feels inspired, refined and modern. You’ll take on complex tasks and transform them into intuitive, accessible, and easy-to-use designs for our enterprise customers around the world.

This is a senior-level, full-time design role. You will be responsible for leading multiple design initiatives from start to finish. You should be comfortable with developing and driving projects from a high-level perspective, as well as executing design work as an individual contributor.

You’ll work in collaboration with teams of Designers, Researchers, Engineers and Product Managers throughout the design process—from creating user flows and wireframes to building user interface mockups and prototypes. At each stage, you will ensure that the final product surprises and delights our users.

A day in the life includes

• Designing experiences (UX/UI) that are simple and elegant, including interactive prototypes
• Creating interactive prototypes to demonstrate design features to stakeholders
• Participate in the full end-to-end product development from research and early concept exploration to product execution and launch.
• Advocating for user-centered approaches and products
• Collaborating with product managers, product owners, engineering leads, and platform teams to maximize the viability of solutions
• Guiding teams in turning concepts into useful, delightful product features
• Supporting career-level designers in crafting, nurturing growth, and mentoring junior designers

• Portfolio highlighting projects that showcase experiences crafting digital interfaces
• Professional product design experience
• Experience managing and mentoring other designers
• Design systems experience/ability to follow and iterate on design systems
• Ability to generate creative design ideas in a collaborative environment
• Self-starter who is comfortable with responsibility and accountability
• Flexible, efficient, and comfortable with ambiguity and able to move quickly from planning to execution
