Description & Requirements

Associate Quality Assurance Analyst performs and/or supports testing tasks to ensure that developed products meet design specifications. Communicates with product developers and technical support specialists on product issues.

What You Will Need?
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or a related field.
  • Experience in software quality testing
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytics skills and knowledge of software applications and databases 

What Will Put You Ahead?
  • Basic Qualifications plus experience in working on enterprise applications like WFM or HCM

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
  • Works with a team of Quality Assurance Analysts/Engineers in the identification, development, creation and improvement of the testing processes/framework.
  • Performs testing tasks to ensure that developed products meet design specifications.
  • Analyzes test output to ensure functionality regression and new feature of the products during a release cycle.
  • Participates in test reviews for test scripts within the test group.
  • Documents test scripts in a common repository and logs product failure issues into the problem tracking system.
  • Assists in the design of test cases for assigned products, building of test systems and automation of tests under the direction of more senior analysts.
  • Participates in daily standup calls and provide work updates
