Descripción y Requisitos

Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for assessing the quality of the system being delivered to our business partners. QA Analyst will also perform both manual and automation testing on the system as well as formulate improvements on test processes/framework.

A Day in The Life:

1. Make sure quality of deliverables is not substandard and all specifications have been thoroughly validated and passed the quality gates

2. Can deliver all tasks assigned within the agreed timeline

3. Works with project QA members in identification, creation, and improvement of testing processes

4. Participates in project team discussions and planning based on system requirements

Basic Qualifications:

1. Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or a related course

2. Familiar with functional, system, integration, and user interface testing

3. Knowledgeable in SDLC

4. Experienced in identifying reporting, reproducing, and testing defects

5. Skilled in creation and maintenance of testing documents (test plan, test cases, test reports)

6. Detailed-oriented and has good organizational skills

7. Strong interpersonal skills and team player attitude

Preferred Skills:

1. Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or a related course

2. Have experience in Manual testing procedures

3. Have experience in functional, system, integration, and user interface testing

4. Knowledgeable in Agile methodologies

5. Skilled in creation and maintenance of testing documents (test plan, test cases, test reports)

6. Experienced in identifying reporting, reproducing, and testing defects

7. Experienced in Automation (script writing, testing, analyzing scripts, debugging test scripts)

8. Knowledgeable in learning management systems
