As a Sr. Manager of HR Shared Service, you will have the opportunity to lead a team.

(the team is based in  the US, Canada, and the Philippines) that is dedicated to transforming the way we work, and in turn, transforming our employee and internal customer experience.  In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert on our HR processes and partner with different internal and external teams to solve their needs and challenges.  You will identify business needs and opportunities to automate and streamline their way of working.  You will quickly develop an understanding of various HR processes and leverage your subject matter expertise to become an active thought partner and proactive subject matter expert.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

·       Lead the design for moving appropriate HR work into the HR Shared Service Center.

·       Resolve escalated cases raised by our customers (HR Business Partners, Employees, Candidates) to enhance the employee experience.

·       Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships with all levels of the organization including handling confidential requests from business leadership in a timely manner.

·       Partner with Koch Leveraged Capabilities (Compliance, Legal, Benefits, Leave of Absence, and Payroll) to provide service to Infor HR Business Partners and employees.  Assist with drafting and roll-out of policies.

·       Evaluate cases and processes and seek for opportunities to improve and automate recurring issues.

·       Understand, support, and comply with all US and Canadian policies and practices.

·       Enjoy interacting with customers and capturing business requirements.  Critical thinking related to troubleshooting and escalated support.  Being comfortable dealing with ambiguous problems and thinking creatively to solve them.

Required skills:

·       Knowledge and understanding of human resource principles and practices.

·       Experience with HRIS systems – Infor products (HCM, WFM, Absence Management), SAP, Kronos, Dayforce, Cherwell, ServiceNow.

Preferred Qualifications:

·       Develop the team by coaching and providing performance feedback.  Lead by example through Principle Based Management.

·       Contribution motivated and ability to work with a team.
