The Infor Consulting Services Organization is looking for outstanding Technical Consultants to work onsite or remotely with our clients across Infor M3 in France and across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical consultative guidance and assistance directly to users in a professional and organized manner, using detailed technical knowledge in accordance with Infor’s implementation methodology
  • Be responsible for the technical configuration of the Infor M3 solutions
  • Create Technical Specifications for Infor M3 business rules, business processes, interfaces etc.
  • Design and execute the upgrade and migration of Infor M3 software releases with the customer
  • Deliver customer-focused technical training in both formal and workshop formats
  • Effectively apply solution knowledge to Infor’s sales and delivery projects that are complex in nature and require consulting leadership
  • Provide consulting leadership through knowledge sharing, mentoring, coaching and skills development
  • Drive offshore technical teams and junior resources to deliver developments and customization

Key Requirements/Experience

  • Experience of Oracle or SQL Database Server and languages
  • Programming skills Java, Javascript or C#
  • Experience with web-based technologies and networking concepts
  • Experience with XML-based messaging integration technologies
  • Strong customer-facing consulting experience
  • Reliability and deadline-driven approach
  • Strong organizational skills & time management skills
  • Strong oral and written communication that can effectively articulate complex ideas
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team. Highly self-motivated
  • Team player with the ability to build strong peer and interpersonal relationships
  • Excellent problem solving and analytic skills
  • Masters’ degree or equivalent work and business experience
  • Engineering degree
  • Fluent spoken and written French and English, other languages would also be an advantage.
  • Technical implementation experience with enterprise ERP software applications or enterprise business applications comparable to Infor M3
