Infor Decision Analytics and Science (IDEAS) team is responsible for setting the innovation strategy at Infor. We are a diverse, well-integrated, and customer-focused team of scientists, engineers, solution architects, application developers, and product managers. We have an ambitious vision to enable enterprise Machine Learning (ML) for all Infor customers across multiple industries and segments. Our suite of industry-specific Augmented Intelligence (AI) solutions in Asset, Forecast, Customer, Pricing, People, Operational, and Process Intelligence domains provide rapid and measurable value to enterprise customers.

Application developers in IDEAS are the face of every AI solution. They provide the “face” by delivering business context to AI results through composable applications for business decision-makers. This role requires and expands your technical expertise in a wide variety of technologies to embed AI into business processes.

As an application developer, you will contribute to the development of highly automated, robust, reusable, explainable, and self-served AI solutions that are rapidly deployed and managed at scale. You will rely on a combination of analytics and technical expertise to turn the data vision into reality. You will work closely with science, engineering, and business teams to deliver actionable insights from AI solutions to business users through interactive UI/UX and in-context applications.

·        Work closely with other team members to translate wireframes and prototypes into visually appealing and interactive user interfaces.

·        Write clean, efficient, and maintainable HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code.

·        Learn programming languages and development tools as required by the project.

·        Participate in code reviews and collaborate with team members.

·        Stay up to date with the latest UI design trends, tools, and technologies.

·        Provide input into technical designs and solutions.

·        Troubleshoot and resolve defects in existing solutions.

·        Stay up to date with the latest development in the Infor Platform Technology that includes API Gateway, Mongoose, Analytics and Reporting, User Experience, and an Integration Platform.

Basic Qualifications:

·        Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Technology, or a related quantitative discipline from an accredited university.

·        Relevant experience in front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React).

·        Knowledge of HTML, CSS3 and JavaScript.

·        Exposure to REST or SOAP API.

·        Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

·        Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.

·        Good written and verbal communication skills.
