About You
We are looking for a highly motivated computer programmer with some real word experience to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of C# and SQL, as well as experience with a variety of programming languages and technologies.
You will be a focused individual with an excellent problem-solving ability, someone who can assimilate information quickly and use a methodical approach to investigate and fix complex issues.
Skills:
- C#
- .NET
- SQL
- Entity Framework experience (desirable)
- Front End Experience (Bonus)
- Experience with software development methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum.
About Your Team
As part of the MES Development team, you will work closely with Product Management and Product Quality teams to ensure the product is released to a high standard.
The Development team are responsible for:
- Maintaining our established code base.
- Developing new features and functionality.
- Troubleshooting and fixing bugs.
- Working with other team members to ensure the quality of our software.

Your Daily Role
On a day-to-day basis you will:
- Work as part of a team with responsibility for developing new functionality within the Infor MES product and improving our existing code base.
- Use your skills in C#, SQL, and .NET to produce high performant, scalable and reliable code.
- Collaborate with other developers to design and implement new features.
- Write unit tests to ensure the quality of our code.
- Monitor Teams channels to offer guidance and share knowledge.
- Engage in code reviews with peers to ensure that the code is of the highest quality.
- Collaborate in regular retrospectives with the full development team as part of the Agile process.
On day one, you will be enrolled into our product training program, we take training you seriously. This is a six-week course where you will learn about our product, our customers, and their processes.
