Position Summary

Solution Architects must possess excellent technical and business consultative skills in order to create client relationships and to act as a trusted advisor. Essential Duties

• Conduct and lead business and technical design workshops around diverse customers’ complex global Supply Chain processes to create highly scalable, sustainable solutions following Infor Nexus best practices
• Understand and connect customers’ existing business processes and technology to craft the “to be” Infor Nexus solution and develop a transition plan to create measurable business value
• Be a leader on a team of technical and business analysts and engineers, foster a productive team environment, leverage diverse views to encourage innovation, and mentor team members to ensure their success and growth
• Capture and share best practice knowledge among Infor Nexus PSO community
• Ensure customers’ business requirements are fully understood, documented, communicated and acted upon

Basic Qualifications

• 7 years working in Supply Chain-related or SaaS-related field in increasingly responsible roles
• Previous experience implementing software using a software development lifecycle (SDLC) implementation model
• Strong familiarity with EDI and XML message formats
• Working knowledge of Infor, SAP, Oracle and/or other ERP systems a plus
• Experience working with Transportation Management Software

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technical or business field, Master’s degree a plus
• Possess a strong natural sense of curiosity, be self-motivated, self-disciplined and passionate about international business and commerce
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, products and technical challenges
• Ability to effectively build relationships, promote a collaborative and team environment and influence others
• Possess executive speaking and presentation skills – including white board, small and large group presentations
