The Sr. Solution Consultant (SC) possesses deep knowledge of the modules and capabilities included in Infor’s Financials solution for the healthcare industries.
The Sr. SC provides both solution and industry expertise to Infor prospects and customers in support of Financials applications license revenue and customer success. The Sr. SC uncovers the strategic objectives and business opportunities with prospect stakeholders during discovery and understands the key metrics driving the Infor solution evaluation. The Sr. SC leads Financials solution presentations and demonstrations.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
· Primary responsibility for supporting the sales process and interacting with prospective customers through a variety of sales cycle activities, including: Request for Proposal processes, discovery sessions, executive overviews, scripted and non-scripted solution demonstrations, software labs, follow-up discussions and post-demonstration surveys.
· Work with account executives on sales opportunities, including: Defining the solution scope, Designing the account strategy, Jointly preparing for prospect interactions.
· Lead Financials solution demonstrations to prospects and customers that reinforce solution value at various audience levels, including executives, business users, and stakeholders, and positively influencing license deal pursuits and customer success.
· Transform the Solution Consulting community within Infor. Teamwork and continuous improvement are critical to the success of Solution Consulting. It is incumbent on every SC to contribute to the knowledge and content for the collective team.
· With the overall Solution Consulting team, participate in shared activities such as marketing events, value engineering engagements, trade shows, and other customer-facing activities, maintaining RFP response repositories, presentation collateral, and demo content.
Basic Qualifications:
· Experience in Accounting or Finance related to enterprise software solutions
· Prior experience in a pre-sales / solution consulting role focusing on enterprise software
· Comfortable presenting to a crowd. Ability to connect with your audience and share Infor’s value proposition.
· Ability to travel up to 50%
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience working and/or understanding of finance and accounting in the healthcare industry.
· CPA
· Ability to influence key stakeholders at every level of the organization.
· Eager and motivated to learn new software solutions and how various software solutions integrate with each other for total solution package. Interoperability.
· Organized and proficient at multi-tasking across customer engagements, internal mandates, and RFPs without task-level supervision.
· Experience configuring enterprise-level software applications.
· Programing and database language skills, SQL, Java
· BI and analytics skills or experience.
