Title:  Strategic Customer Engagement Advisor

Location: US Remote (CST or EST preferred)

Position Summary:

Infor’s Digital Strategy team partners with key customers to conduct strategic engagements focused on identifying most pressing challenges and desired business outcomes in the context of digital transformation. Our goal is to help our customers define a long-term strategic vision with differentiated productivity, profitability, and growth outcomes.

We’re looking for a Strategic Customer Engagement Advisor to help craft our customers’ vision for digital transformation and define the supporting strategic initiatives when it comes to transforming their customer, employee, and operational experiences. ·       Drive the end-to-end engagement strategy for Infor’s largest customers who are looking to digitally transform their business

·       Leverage design-thinking frameworks and techniques to conduct customer discoveries and/or ideation sessions in the format of workshops or stakeholder interviews

·       Maintain a technical aptitude as it relates to Infor products as well as an informed point-of-view on industry challenges, business outcomes, and key process flows

·       Drive the strategy and execution of customer-facing deliverables (promotional, educational, post-engagement)

·       Present strategic deliverables to senior customer stakeholders, as well as internally

·       Apply design-thinking skills to put structure and strategy in place when solving complex challenges (e.g., capturing and defining leadership priorities, creating frameworks to maximize multi-team collaboration, etc.)

·       Build strong working relationships across other Infor teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Sales Support, Product)

·       Support and coach junior strategists

Basic Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree graduate (or higher) or equivalent experience

·       5+ years of experience (Senior) or 7+ years of experience (Principal) in a consulting role with a focus on technology, marketing, or design-thinking

·       An entrepreneur at heart

·       Skilled in design-thinking

·       Passionate about market trends in the technology sector

·       Familiar with enterprise technology

·       Comfortable in front of C-level customers

·       Excellent communicator

·       Compelling presenter

·       A team player and strong collaborator

·       Strong in analytical and critical thinking skills

·       Open to occasional travel once permissible by Covid circumstances
