Description & Requirements
As a Project Manager Associate supporting Point of Sale (POS) deployments at Infor, you will play a key role in coordinating and supporting the implementation of POS solutions across quick service restaurant venues. You will assist in managing project plans, resources, timelines, and communications to ensure successful delivery across multiple concurrent deployments. Working under the guidance of a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for executing implementation tasks, maintaining project schedules, tracking deliverables, and supporting customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
A Day in the Life Typically Includes:
- Support and coordinate all phases of POS project deployment from initiation through go-live and closure
- Assist in creating and maintaining project documentation, including project schedules, action trackers, status reports, and billing records
- Monitor project timelines and milestones, escalating risks and delays when appropriate
- Liaise with internal teams (config, menu services, training, hardware) to ensure resource alignment and schedule adherence
- Maintain accurate records for billing, time tracking, and expense reconciliation
- Assist with organizing and scheduling remote or onsite resources for each deployment
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience with project coordination or associate project management responsibilities
- Experience with point-of-sale systems and restaurant or hospitality operations
- Experience in managing multiple project timelines and workstreams simultaneously
- Experience with task tracking or documentation tools
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or experience
- Experience with POS or hospitality systems
- Experience in QSR or tech rollouts
- Customer-facing or coordination experience
