Description & Requirements

The Business Analyst utilizes technical and business expertise to evaluate project needs and create leading edge solutions via various types of documentations (client requirements and specifications, product specifications, design documents, knowledge transfers, etc.) and communicate them with project stakeholders that may include both internal and external clients.  The same Business Analyst will also be tasked to help test application bugs and enhancements and address customer reported issues within the Service Level Objective by investigating and triaging reported tickets.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related field
• Problem-solving, interviewing, elicitation and fact-finding skills
• Use-case modeling and design documentation skills
• At least 3-4 years business analyst experience and using, supporting or testing commercial/business applications

Preferred Skills:
• Use-case modeling and design documentation skills
• At least 3 years business analyst experience and using, supporting or testing commercial/business applications
• Highly knowledgeable in SDLC and Agile processes and methodologies
• Has Scrum Master experience
