Description & Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

4   Strong analytic problem-solving skills with attention to detail

4   Proficient in Microsoft Stack Technologies: Visual Studio, C#, .Net

4   Ability to use Sumo and other cloud performance tools to identify consumers of larger amounts of resources in a Multi-Tenant Amazon Cloud environment.

4   Experience with SQL DB, SQL locking and SQL query analyser. 

4   Comfortable with modern development concepts: OOP, CI/CD, SOLID, TDD, API-First

4   Database server development and performance experience (SQL)

4   Ability to manage multiple tasks.

4   Good verbal and written communication skills

4   Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience

4   8+ years of work experience

Essential Duties:

4   Work as part of a team that researches, maintains, and enhances a large ERP cloud suite application.

4   Work with DEVOPS and technical support reviewing Sumo logs, SQL Traces, and other tools to pro-actively identify application performance issues.

4   Triage, develop, maintain, and test software applications using various technologies including C#, visual studio, and SQL DB.

4   Exercise judgment within generally defined procedures, practices, and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions for an ERP application.

4   Desire to learn and adapt to the latest technologies.

4   Maintain a commitment to providing the best experience possible for Infor customers.

Preferred Qualifications:

4   Familiar with cloud development concepts: multi-tenancy, microservices, SRE elasticity (scaling up/down), high availability AND automation.

4   ERP software experience

4   Experience working with JackDB

4   Experience working in a Gov Cloud environment (SPLUNK).

4   Agile Development Experience

4   Amazon Web Services Experience

4   Experience pulling and analysing Sumo data

4   Experience with Grafana Enterprise

4   Web Service Application ASP.NET 4.6+ and Web Tools

4   Previous experience with multi-threading functionality

4   Git code control (using Oxford)
