Description & Requirements
Performs consultative duties for HCM development, customizations, client support and training on various techno-functional and customization tools and utilities, serving as the subject matter expert, and transfer product and industry knowledge to early adopters, departments, beta customers and large-scale, high profile customer implementations. Education methods, deliverables and activities include but are not limited to instructor led training, web casting, on-site client consulting providing subject matter expertise support and so on.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
- Utilizes well-developed professional skills and solid client base knowledge to consult with customers to ensure superior customer satisfaction.
- Provide implementation and integration consulting
- Continually seeks opportunities to expand knowledge and skills and stays current with evolving technology.
- Works with larger and/or more complex/unique customers/projects.
- Evaluates customer needs and develops programs and processes to complete implementation of products.
- Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
- Consult on report design, conversion and interface mapping
What You Will Need:
Required skills:
- Bachelor's Degree on Computer Science / Engineering or related studies
- Consulting experience for atleast 1 year
- Relevant experience of 1-2 years to any technologies below:
- Web Development (HTML, CSS, Javascript, Jquery)
- Web Services and API Development
- Business Intelligence (SQL, Database Programming)
- EDI (XML, XSLT)
- Python Programming
- Cobol
- HCM Applications
