Client Account Manager

Location: Taiwan


Position Summary

 

A client account manager acts as the key relationship management contact in onboarding partners to the Infor Nexus platform, providing training on customer workflows, and acting as the escalation point for support matters. The role will support partners in the East Asia Region to drive adoption and value from Infor Nexus and improve customer relationship management.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

  • Trading Partner Activation & Coordination
    • Present Infor Nexus supply-chain solutions to customers
    • Capability to coordinate the Infor Nexus registration process which require synergy between all related parties across the departments, which include, but not limited to, Project Manager, Customer Service Manager/Onboarding Manager/Onboarding Consultant to ensure the success of activation implementation and rollout
    • Organize and conduct seminar/training session to familiarize customers on Infor Nexus solutions
    • Support customers on their day-to-day usage of Infor Nexus platform, understand their issues, and provide solutions through working with Infor Nexus internal teams
    • Proactively conduct face-to-face client meetings/consultations to establish and maintain customers’ relationship
    • Identify potential opportunities from existing trading partner product suite if applicable such as Financial Services, Integration Services, Referrals, …etc.

What You Will Need:

Basic Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years of working experience
  • Experiences in supply chain management or prior industry and functional experience in any of logistics, distribution, purchasing, manufacturing, or trade finance
  • Strong communication/presentation skill is a must, and multilingual in the following languages – English and Mandarin.
  • Fluency in one of following Asian language such as Korean, Japanese will be value added
  • Detail oriented, possessed problem solving skill and be analytical
  • Ability to multi-task, meet the deadline and capability to work under high pressure environment
  • Ability to work independently, while being a strong team player
  • Travel is required
