Description & Requirements

Infor Global Delivery Services Consultants are an integral part of the services team and play a key role in delivering consulting services for the implementation of Infor Solutions.  The Infor Delivery Services Consultant will implement the Infor Manufacturing and Distribution Solutions. The focus will be on client implementations in LATAM, North America and other geographical regions as required.   Delivery Services Consultants consult with the customer to appropriately configure Infor Software, deliver remote and onsite training, and assist customers in the planning and adoption of the Infor solutions.  

A Day in the Life Typically Includes:

 

  • Participate in multiple Infor Discrete Manufacturing (LN) Implementations remotely.
  • Develop strong functional consulting skills surrounding Infor LN application (and related third party) technologies and tools in order to support product customizations, modifications and related consulting/training activities.
  • Manage different consulting activities i.e. Conference Room Pilot sessions, go-live support, etc.
  • Facilitate solution discussions of primary area of expertise and own documentation in line with SOW participation in critical phases onsite/nearshore.
  • Design solutions for customers involving Manufacturing and other associated products (ERP Integrations, Warehouse Control System (WCS) Interfaces, Transportation Management System (TMS) solutions, Labelling solutions, RFID etc.).
  • Become the Trusted advisor to customer.  Building the “connect”, taking advantage of onsite/nearshore resources. Stay engaged strategically to identify opportunities that delight customer and can bring additional value to the business.
  • Lead Integration workshops and facilitate end-to-end development of interfaces from requirement gathering to system study, coding, testing, deploying and further enhancements.

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience specializing in the implementation of large ERP software packages such Infor LN, Oracle, SAP, Ramco.
  • Experience with multiple full cycle ERP implementations related to Manufacturing, Finance, Supply Chain and Logistics.
  • Knowledge in one or more of the following industries: Aerospace & Defense, Automotive, Industrial Manufacturing (high tech).
  • Ability to translate customer requirements and creatively configure solutions by mapping customer's business into Enterprise software and build process diagrams for customers using tools like Visio, Lucid chart etc
  • Experience with data analytics using Excel and basic SQL.
  • 3 days per week in the Infor Mexico City office.
  • Language requirement: English and Spanish.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Accountancy, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems or equivalent.
  • Understand the basics of business process testing and simulation, and ability to comprehend test cycle roles & outcomes for remediation ia networking with other teaams.
