Description & Requirements
Our growing Hospitality Software Consulting organization is looking for Application Consultants for our North America Consulting practice. The role of Application Consultant requires extensive (75%) travel working within to promote a strong team environment to ensure successful software installation. This role is client-facing, representing Infor's commitment to training and product support while collaborating with professional services and support personnel to ensure a quality product and service delivery.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
- Manage all aspects of on-site training and installation of Infor Hospitality software applications
- Conduct standardized training courses using Infor training documentation
- Provide on-site transitional support of software installation go-live
- Provide timely communication of project status to customer and Infor
- Adhere to project schedule including flights, training, meetings, conference calls, etc.
- Assist in creating and updating installation and training documentation
- Maintain superior product knowledge and complete product competency certification
Required skills:
- Previous hotel experience including front desk, operations, night audit, etc.
- Effective written and verbal communication in the English language
- Ability to travel 75% - must have or be able to obtain valid US passport & driver’s license
- Ability to work in the US without sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in hotel operations, business, or related field
- Previous experience in casino operations highly preferred
- Previous training experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
