Our growing Hospitality Software Consulting organization is looking for Application Consultants for our North America Consulting practice. The role of Application Consultant requires extensive (75%) travel working within to promote a strong team environment to ensure successful software installation. This role is client-facing, representing Infor's commitment to training and product support while collaborating with professional services and support personnel to ensure a quality product and service delivery.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

• Manage all aspects of on-site training and installation of Infor Hospitality software applications
• Conduct standardized training courses using Infor training documentation
• Provide on-site transitional support of software installation go-live
• Provide timely communication of project status to customer and Infor
• Adhere to project schedule including flights, training, meetings, conference calls, etc.
• Assist in creating and updating installation and training documentation
• Maintain superior product knowledge and complete product competency certification

Required skills:

• Previous hotel experience including front desk, operations, night audit, etc.
• Effective written and verbal communication in the English language
• Ability to travel 75% - must have or be able to obtain valid US passport & driver’s license
• Ability to work in the US without sponsorship
