Our Values Set Us Apart Position Summary The Infor Education Team seeks a motivated, and self-driven individual, demonstrating agility, flexibility, leadership and a technology background to serve in this role/position. The candidate will own the Training Environments of various products which directly supports the training for internal and external clients, as well as client facing Infor tech events. The individual must demonstrate a vast understanding of project management in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with the ability to adapt to obstacles without jeopardizing timelines or quality of deliverables. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: ? Bachelor’s Degree, preferred ? Project Management experience and/or work experience, leading cross departmental teams in a technology setting, preferred ? Experience in Education/Training organizations ? Understanding of Instructional Design ? Enterprise-level Systems-Administration experiences Key Responsibilities Successfully manage and coordinate projects relating to the installation, configuration and management of multiple training system environments which directly impact Infor Education course development, deliveries and events. This includes, but is not limited to: ? Closely managing the overall state of ERP training environments for both on-premise and Cloud, including requirements gathering for creation and coordinating changes to existing environments while maintaining version control. ? Developing project plans and coordinating/scheduling resources to align with projected deliverables. ? Managing time, documentation and implementation of multiple projects simultaneously. ? Understanding the desired needs to support course development and client training, as well as ensuring the required products and data are implemented into the ERP training environment(s). ? Managing training environment costs by monitoring storage capacity and end-user access to environments. ? Effectively communicating verbally and in writing to keep instructional designers, subject matter experts, instructors and other stakeholders abreast of project development, including managing expectations, problem-solving, and driving successful project completion. ? Analyzing and troubleshooting training environment issues with limited information to identify root cause and take corrective actions. ? Taking corrective action or making training environment changes in a timely fashion to stay in alignment with milestones and project constraints. ? Organizing and leading meetings and managing action items resulting from meetings. ? Contributing improvement recommendations that assist the business in achieving its goals and objectives, leveraging best practices and professional experiences. ? Producing necessary, accurate and supporting data upon request for assigned projects. ? Designing, developing, and implementing additional processes and tools to support responsibilities. ? Occasionally traveling to Infor events to support product training environments or other resources. ? Utilizing processes, tools and technology that are in place to complete the above tasks. ?
