POSITION:                              Associate Finance Analyst, Finance

Position Overview

Infor Subscription Services (Operations) is a global team supporting Renewal Database Management (IDB) and Renewal Orders processing, one of the critical revenue streams of our organization

Associate Finance Analyst role’s key focus is to work on IDB management, queries management and Renewal Order processing activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Creation of Renewal Orders
• Publish different reports pertaining to Installation Database (IDB) and work on clean-up projects on IDB
• Work on different email boxes and attend to queries raised by different teams like SSMs, Finance and RDAs

Education and Experience

• Any Graduate / MBA (Finance)
• 3 to 4 years’ experience in Financial Data Management roles such as Master Data Management, Vendor Master Management, Customer Data Management, etc., which involves Data handling activities

Preferred Skills:

• Analytical, logical and adherence to Key Controls methodology
• Strong English language skills required (speaking and writing)
• Clear communicator, ability to work with different groups or individuals on query management
• Ability to work independently with some guidance and willing to work under tight deadlines
• Self-starter, self-motivated, organized and focused on goals
• Intermediary level of expertise in MS Excel desirable
• Financial understanding and experience desirable
