Description & Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program Design and Implementation

  • Develop, implement, and oversee HR programs focused on talent acquisition, development, retention, and engagement.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to identify organizational needs and translate them into structured programs with measurable outcomes.
  • Ensure programs are aligned with organizational values, culture, and strategic priorities.

2. Project Management and Communication

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of HR projects, including scoping, planning, execution, and evaluation.
  • Develop clear communication plans to promote awareness and adoption of HR programs across the organization.
  • Create program resources, including guides, toolkits, and communication materials, to support effective implementation.

3. Talent and Leadership Development Programs

  • Lead Global / APJ / In-country initiatives to identify and nurture high-potential employees, including creating tailored development plans and career paths.
  • Design and execute leadership development programs to build a robust pipeline of future leaders.
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development teams to create training modules that address organizational skill gaps.

3. Employee Engagement and Culture Initiatives

  • Design and manage programs to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
  • Utilize engagement surveys and employee feedback to identify trends and implement initiatives that improve morale and productivity.
  • Act as a change champion, supporting the roll-out of new cultural or organizational initiatives.

6. HR Policy, Compliance and Audits

  • Ensure that HR policies are consistently applied across the business unit and that all HR activities comply with local labour laws and regulations.   Review and provide reporting.
  • Stay updated on employment law and best practices, providing guidance to HR team and employees on policy interpretation and legal compliance.
  • Participate in investigations related to workplace issues, misconduct, or policy violations, documenting processes and outcomes.
  • Implement actions under any Audit findings and track to closure.

4. PBM, Diversity, Leadership development, Succession Planning Programs

  • Help develop and implement programs to promote an equitable workplace, further PBM understanding, Leadership development for Women, WIN and Succession Planning programs.
  • Partner with business leaders and HR teams to ensure PBM principles are embedded into talent processes, policies, and programs.

5. Performance Metrics and Program Analytics

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for HR programs and measure their success.
  • Analyse program data to identify insights, track progress, and report results to leadership.
  • Continuously improve programs based on feedback, emerging trends, and best practices.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with HR business partners, recruiters, and centres of excellence to align programs with broader HR initiatives.
  • Partner with business leaders to ensure programs address the unique needs of their teams and drive business outcomes.
  • Serve as the point of contact for program-related queries and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience: 8+ years in HR or related roles, with a focus on program management, employee engagement, or talent development.
  • Education: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development. Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
  • Project Management Expertise: Proven experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
  • Analytical Ability: Strong skills in data analysis and using metrics to measure program effectiveness.
