Senior Consultant - Infor M3 (Manufacturing & Distribution)

Remote Based - North America

Senior Consultant is responsible for implementing Manufacturing and Distribution Functions, Production to Inventory, and Distribution solutions on Infor Consulting Services ERP implementation projects. This billable role is crucial to the success of our projects. Infor Consultants work with Clients to implement Infor software and industry standard processes with the aim of reducing costs, increasing customer service, and creating frameworks for enhanced collaboration and business efficiency. Whilst our technology is the enabler and vehicle for achieving business benefits, the quality and experience of our consultants are key differentiators. The job holder is responsible for delivering business process and application consulting services which include process design, application configuration, testing, client training on Infor software, technologies and tools in accordance with standard implementation methods. The Consultant is also responsible for developing ongoing, successful business relationships with clients and for providing clients with "industry best practice" recommendations.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

  • Assist the realization of business benefits for clients.
  • Participate in full life cycle client facing implementation projects relating to Infor applications, working as part of an Infor Project team.
  • Lead the information gathering and design process for a client implementation, including the development of functional business requirements and solution scope documents.
  • Configure a client business solution.
  • Develop and execute test plans and test software configurations.
  • Provide training to client’s key and end users.
  • Provide implementation consultancy and application best practice advice.
  • Achieve engagement objectives.
  • Provide regular internal reports on the status of projects.
  • Attend product functionality briefings and training sessions.

What You Will Need:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Manufacturing and Distribution experience in at least one of the following industry segments: Food & Beverage, Chemicals, Equipment, Service Management & Rental, Fashion, Distribution and/or Manufacturing.
  • Minimum 5+ years’ project experience with ERP implementations with a Manufacturing and Distribution focus.
  • Full lifecycle implementation experience implementing ERP systems with a Manufacturing and Distribution focus.
  • Willingness to travel throughout North America (US and Canada).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Formal customer facing consulting experience.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Infor M3 ERP experience a strong plus

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with M3 applications in any of the following areas: Manufacturing, Distribution, Procurement, Warehouse, Plant Maintenance, Factory Track or Scheduling Workbench.
