Position Summary

 

The EMEA North Marketing Director owns the marketing plan to drive demand generation in accordance with Infor’s go-to-market strategy. This role acts as a strategic marketing business partner to the regional General Manager, regional ecosystem and sales leadership team to deliver set KPIs to help drive business growth.  

Managing a team of Marketing Managers the EMEA North Marketing Director reports into the VP International Marketing overseeing net new lead generation, customer marketing, partner marketing, campaign delivery and events. Collaboration with regional leaders is a fundamental part of the role to ensure business readiness supporting the acceleration of revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will be a multi-tasker who thrives on working in a fast-paced environment. They are resourceful inside and outside the company, committed to continuous improvement and passionate about marketing.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

  • Team management
  • Budgeting & Reporting - Working with an annual budget with quarterly reviews to a defined growth target

Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in Marketing
  • and B2B software sales cycles
  • Experience in the enterprise software space (SAAS) is a plus
  • Excellent people skills
  • Successful track record in senior marketing roles and overseeing marketing campaigns
  • Excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills
  • Experience of B2B technology marketing
  • Ability to measure, analyze, act, and improve marketing programs
  • Experience building and executing a field/geo-specific marketing strategy
  • Knowledge and oversight of marketing budget management
  • Good understanding of marketing technologies and the ability to leverage marketing and sales automation tools
  • Account Based Marketing expertise
  • A proven track record of working across teams to collaborate on programs and tactics that deliver mutual benefit
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrix organization
  • Entrepreneurial mindset & the ability to be proactive
