Infor is seeking a Senior Learning Systems Product Owner to join the Global Enablement & Education organization. In this role, you will help define key optimization opportunities for all systems and tools, as well as lead the product vision and roadmaps that meet or exceed engagement targets for our next generation of system and tools. You will be responsible for all aspects of both internal and external learning systems and tools with a heavy focus on defining and implementing best practices methodology for User Acceptance Testing to ensure the business objectives are met.

As a Senior Learning Systems Product Owner, you will work with cross-functional teams to deliver product releases, while continually optimizing all systems and tools within the Global Enablement & Education organization.   Ensuring that all projects accomplish their business goals. Use data, customer and competitive insights, and industry best practices to find opportunities to create innovative tools and compelling user experiences for Customer, Partner for internal trainings and certifications.


A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Program Management to rapidly conceptualize, prototype, validate, and launch new ideas and innovations on learning systems and tools.
Develop, manage, maintain and communicate Global Enablement & Education roadmap
Define product requirements, write functional specs and use cases while proactively identify improvement opportunities and drive resolution to product issues. 
Define measurable goals, set priorities, and lead a backlog of features and functionality; work with engineering, design, and Quality engineering to meet those requirements.
Identify tool defects/inefficiencies and recommend new features and enhancements.
Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems related to learning management systems.
Stay current and up to date on any changes that may affect any of the systems and tools and advise stakeholders of any impact.

Required skills:

Experience working with Learning Management Systems.
Knowledge in developing and implementing best practices in UAT methodologies.
Consistent record of defining product requirements and delivering successful projects. 
Well versed in emerging industry technologies and trends.
Written communication skills, with the ability to talk to and influence all levels of stakeholders


Preferred Qualifications:

Self-starter with the ability to optimally drive complex issues through analysis and resolution.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to refine and align on recommendations and execute effectively.
Ability to synthesize data and qualitative feedback to glean insights and make recommendations.
Experience working with sophisticated problems and an ability to handle open-ended design projects that may be ambiguous.
