Description & Requirements

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

  • Test execution for monthly release requirements
  •  Automation and test execution for product releases and deliverables
  • Documents test plans and test cases
  • Creates and maintain manual and automated test cases
  • Participation in local and global scrum meetings

What You Will Need:

  • 3yrs or more, at least 1 year automation coding experience
  • Experience in using any test automation tool or programming language 
  • Background in agile methodology
  • Knowledge in HCM Domain is a plus 
  • Experience in leading the team is a plus
  • Experience in API automation tool is a plus

What Will Put You Ahead?

  • Team player 
  • Can cope with self-phased trainings and requires minimal supervision 
  • Able to work with tight deadlines/under pressure 
  • Ability to communicate and participate during meetings and reviews with US counterparts and willingness to attend the meetings/reviews which might be scheduled early in the morning or late night
  • Good analytical skills to review software requirements and attention to detail for detecting and analyzing software defects or issues.
