Position Summary
As part of the Operations Hub Team in Wroclaw, you will support the global license sales teams.. Operations Hub Team’s objective is to drive improved visibility into the business through greater emphasis on analytics to support better decision making. As part of a team of 20+, you will be a custodian of Infor CRM and be responsible for the quality of the data held within it.
Key Responsibilities
SYSTEMS AND PROCESS:
CRM super-user, troubleshooting, UAT testing, enhancement requests
Sales teams’ primary contact for process or systems questions
Evaluate and generate ad hoc report requests
Providing insights/analysis to key sales KPIs
Perform detailed account research/maintenance as necessary
Identify and make recommendations for process improvement
Properly route opportunities to respective Lines of Business according to the documentation
Ensure you follow the process according to the Service Level Agreements
COMPLIANCE:
Continual monitoring of CRM data quality and report any irregularities
Assist in rollout of sales initiatives, processes and policies
Ensure Reps are properly updating their CRM accounts
FACILITATE AND MONITOR:
Drive CRM system clean up and maintenance
Provide CRM system and process advice for Sales Reps and Account Executives
Assist Sales Reps to navigate through order processing issues/contract issue in collaboration with other teams and act as a point of contact
Ensure the documentation is up-to-date according to the changes within the processes
Key Requirements/Experience:
Very good written and spoken English skills
Work permit
Strong Microsoft Office skills. (mainly MS Excel)
Good Customer Service attitude
Strong team communication and skills
Accurate, with good attention to detail. Able to spot and rectify errors
Able to take initiative/responsibility to support the team in their common goals
Ideally experience in a similar administrative function
