Description & Requirements

In Industry Solution & Innovation, the CSA (Cloud Suite Architet) plays an important role in developing industry specific content. The primary work areas are developing new and improved content for the IPC's (Industry Process Catalog), Golden Companies (pre-configured databases), and Playbook content for the Infor Deployment Method. in addition, digital content creation in other domains is required (e.g., homepages, RPA, Coleman)


A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

  • Develop industry specific business processes that serve as prescriptive processes for customer implementations
  • Extend and improve pre-configured cloud solution databases that are provisioned at the beginning of every customer cloud implementation
  • Develop and improve tools and work products to support the Infor Deployment Method for customer implementations

What You Will Need:

Required skills:

  • Indepth knowledge of LN CloudSuite applications
  • Industry specific implementation experience in at least one of the LN CloudSuite industries
  • Collaborate with various Infor departments such as Product Development, Solution Consulting, Global Practice Services

What Will Put You Ahead?

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Application knowledge beyond LN such as, for example, Infor OS, Factory Track, Supplier Exchange, AEX, XM
  • Business process modeling experience
  • Industry experience in more than one of the five LN CloudSuite industries
