Program Overview: Our Early Talent Program is designed to develop future leaders by providing educational opportunities, mentorship from leadership, and career growth support. This program focuses on training the next generation of leaders through internships and early career development initiatives.

Program Highlights:

Interview Process:

  1. Online Interview: Candidates who passed the online assessment will be invited for an online interview.

Selection Process:

  • Job fit will be determined based on the candidate’s performance during the interview.
  • Candidates must be flexible and willing to work in any technology or domain as required by the business.

Qualifications:

We currently offer Associate-level full-time opportunities. Here are the eligibility criteria:

  • Academics: Candidates with a BE/ME/BTech/MTech – (CSE/IT/ECE/EEE/Mechanical)/MCA are eligible.
  • Year of Passing: Graduates from 2023 and 2024 are eligible.
  • Job Location: The positions are available in Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, & Mumbai Offices.
