Works with development and support teams to ensure the delivery of a high- quality solution or products.

What You Will Need?
Basic Qualification
  • At least 3 years of ERP software testing experience
  • Knowledge of software development, processes, models, lifecycles and methodologies
  • At least 1 and half years experience in Automation Testing using Selenium Java
  • Functional experience in the functional and/or technical area of the products
  • Experience in test-planning, design, defect tracking and test case/script creation and execution
What Will Put You Ahead?
Preferred Qualification:
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Can cope with self-phased trainings and requires minimal supervision
  • Proactive and able to work with tight deadlines/under pressure
  • Ability to communicate and participate during meetings and reviews with US counterparts and willingness to attend the meetings/reviews which might be scheduled early in the morning or late night
  • Automation testing experience (not limited to test execution)
  • Has knowledge in HR/Payroll process
  • Experience in Agile software development.
A Day In A Life Typically Includes:
  • Works with the development team to execute test plans; creates manual and automated test cases based on design and requirements.
  • Reviews user documentation and training materials for accuracy.
  • Maintains or generates data needed to test scenario/scripts; documents test scripts in a common repository.
  • Works with a team of Quality Assurance Analysts/Engineers in the identification, development, creation, and improvement of the testing processes/framework.
  • Reviews metrics and reports on test results/status.
