Essential Duties
Responsibilities:
•Conduct and lead business and technical design workshops around diverse customers’ complex
global Supply Chain processes to create highly scalable, sustainable solutions following Infor
Nexus best practices
•Understand and connect customers’ existing business processes and technology to craft the “to
be” Infor Nexus solution and develop a transition plan to create measurable business value
•Be a leader on a team of technical and business analysts and engineers, foster a productive team
environment, leverage diverse views to encourage innovation, and mentor team members to
ensure their success and growth
•Capture and share best practice knowledge among Infor Nexus PSO community
•Ensure customers’ business requirements are fully understood, documented, communicated and
acted upon
Basic Qualifications
•7 years working in Supply Chain-related or SaaS-related field in increasingly responsible
roles
•Previous experience implementing software using a software development lifecycle (SDLC)
implementation model
•Strong familiarity with EDI and XML message formats
•Working knowledge of Infor, SAP, Oracle and/or other ERP systems a plus
•Experience working with Transportation Management Software
Preferred Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in technical or business field, Master’s degree a plus
•Possess a strong natural sense of curiosity, be self-motivated, self-disciplined, and passionate
about international business and commerce.
•Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, products and technical challenges.
•Ability to effectively build relationships, promote a collaborative and team environment and
influence others.
•Possess executive speaking and presentation skills – including white board, small and large group
presentations.
Position Summary
Solution Architects must possess excellent technical and business
consultative skills in order to create client relationships and to act as a trusted advisor. This position
requires excellent project, communication,
organizational and problem - solving skills. The ideal candidate will be comfortable interacting
with customers, leading teams, and driving business process and technical work streams.
