Description & Requirements

As a Senior Solution Consultant for Time to Value (T2V), you will be working closely with pre-sales team to understand our prospects and customers business processes, functional requirements, and value objectives. Healthcare Industry Solution Consultants will be responsible for researching, documenting and building overall product and integration architecture for the Healthcare model environment for CloudSuite Healthcare.

What You Will Need?
Basic Qualification:
• Experience in Payroll and Human Resources applications.
• Broad understanding of business practices and processes.
• Familiar with end-to-end business process with a focus on ERP solutions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business terms. 
• Commitment to self-learning and regular training.

What Will Put You Ahead?
Preferred Qualification:
• Relevant work experience in Healthcare or Public Sector industries.
• Consulting skills such as problem solving and logical thinking.
• Experience in Software Development Team.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes: 
• Work with Solution Architects, Industry Strategists, Solution Consulting, Product Management and Solutions and Innovation of new or to modify existing builds.
• Create and maintain enterprise data in HCM, Payroll & edge solutions as necessary with input from the Solution Architects, Industry Strategists, Product Management and/or Development.
• Integrate delivery content into demonstration build as appropriate and in alignment with Industry Strategists and Solution Consulting. 
• Manage the build and ongoing configuration, data and processes, mobile, AI, etc. for the demo environment along with subsidiary tenants (test, pristine, technology, and mobile, etc.) and the model tenant along with all subsidiary tenants (Pre-Prod, test, pristine, technology and mobile, etc.).
• Manage the integration of all Solutions and Innovations tools and processes aligned with the delivery model build. 
• Build and test new or modified enterprise solution for the full referential architecture.
