Sr Manager, Marketing - CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote)

Location: USA-Remote

Summary

Infor is seeking a Sr Manager, Marketing to join our global demand generation organization, specifically supporting marketing initiatives for the Configure Price Quote (CPQ) solution. This role is critical in reaching the marketing pipeline goals set by Infor, aligned to the sales revenue targets. This person will be responsible for working cross-functionally with sales, business development, and strategy to execute industry-specific integrated marketing programs for new business and expanded business within our customer base. The ideal candidate will have B2B marketing experience in the IT industry, have a solid understanding of persona-based buyer journey multi-channel demand generation to drive marketing generated pipeline aligned to the growth targets by industry and in focus accounts. We are looking for an experienced, high energy hands-on person that has a proven track record driving modern B2B demand generation with an economic return on investment.


Day to Day

  • Responsible for end-to-end conceptualization and execution of CPQ marketing plan, segmented across relevant verticals.
  • Build and own LoB programs by engaging, educating, and connecting our key buying personas while accelerating demand and brand recognition.
  • Produce compelling sales enablement materials following marketing events to support post-event outreach efforts.
  • Contribute to our target audience development and collaborate on marketing campaigns that drive acquisition and engagement.
  • Build and cultivate relationships with marketing organization, BDR team, key partners, sales leadership, and influencers in the industry.
  • Collaborate on content strategy and implement powerful and engaging events for lead acquisition.
  • Understand and report on marketing funnel metrics, providing regular leadership updates.
  • Tactical execution and tracking as needed for marketing programs and campaigns.
  • Manage marketing activity across a matrix organization.
  • Lead additional Discrete Mfg strategic projects as business needs arise.

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years event, field, community, and/or experiential marketing experience
  • Deep understanding of CPQ products and business drivers
  • SaaS marketing experience preferred
  • Proven experience building virtual engagement opportunities - like events, communities, interactive content, multi-channel campaigns, etc.
  • Proven experience driving ABM (account-based marketing) personalization in marketing efforts
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Pardot, Salesforce, DOMO experience preferred
  • Must have excellent writing skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a compelling communicator
  • Proactive and a self-starter
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience working in remote or hybrid environments
