Description & Requirements
The Senior Sales Executive – Food & Beverage, Process Manufacturing Industries is responsible for the sales wheel to identify, qualify and drive opportunities to a successful close. As sales, you will achieve your own new business sales quota.
You will need to have a strong understanding of key Benelux Infor markets in the Food & Beverage industry and demonstrated experience of selling solutions into the Enterprise space with target customers over $250m annual turnover.
Your Responsibilities Include
- As a Sales Executive, you will be able to explain the strategy and drive the best approach for Infor in the market.
- Responsible for maintaining your personal forecast, pipeline, and status in CRM.
- Responsible for delivering your own personal target sales quota each year.
- Responsible for working closely with the Sales Director / Country Manager to whom you will report progress.
- Manage the sales cycle, working with all Infor virtual teams including pre-sales, development, professional services, lead generation, partners, and support.
- Lead generation and networking to deliver a year over year 3x pipeline.
- Work closely with the professional services sales team.
- Work closely with Alliance partners to develop opportunities within target accounts.
Knowledge and Skills, You Bring to the Organization
- Evidence of Sales (management) techniques and success.
- Over 7 years proven experience of direct software sales.
- These will be new business solutions for the larger Enterprise market. Complex solutions into complex customers.
- Experience with complex sales of multi-tenant (MT) Cloud solutions
- Evidence of Sales execution success, including negotiation and closing of complex deals.
- Focused and confident to interface professionally with a wide spectrum of customers including C-level executives.
- Professional verbal and written communications skills.
- Professional interpersonal skills which can engage the whole Infor team.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
- Pragmatic and realistic approach to business and people.
