Description & Requirements

Our Development Support team is looking for a creative and forward-thinking team member to provide deep assessment for all Landmark technology-related issues.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

  • Triages and debug Landmark related issues
  • Documents incidents/tickets in required tracking systems.
  • Proactively informs customer of incidents details and resolutions.
  • Focuses on retention and documentation of learned information using approved tools
  • Responsible for additional follow up, testing and troubleshooting including remote desktop viewing through tools such as Webex or MS teams
  • Has the ability to take past career experiences and technical knowledge to quickly learn the Infor systems you are supporting and demonstrate that knowledge to customers while working tickets. This requires a lot of dedication to learning with hands-on training, virtual and self-study to quickly demonstrate knowledge

What You Will Need:

  • 4 years with Support of application written on C# .NET, ASP.NET, VB.NET and Java software.
  • Proficiency in network protocols and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, telnet, SSH, HTTP,etc….) (at least a good working understanding of these protocols)
  • -Web based technologies – XML, HTML and JavaScript (jQuery) JSON, LDAP.
  • Web Servers: IIS 8.0, IIS 10.0 & popular Web Browsers.
  • SQL Server 2012, 2014, 2016 (Install, troubleshoot, debug, execute SQL queries, read logs)
  • Proficiency of Windows and Linux (and/or Unix) operating systems. 
  • Basic knowledge of Java code debugging

What Will Put You Ahead?

  •  Knowledge of JAVA language, the ability to read and interpret JAVA code and error stack trace.   (Does not need to be a programmer but should be able to understand enough to read stack trace output in the log files for java code.)
  •  Debugging capabilities with any IDE, preferably Eclipse.
