Description & Requirements
- Deliver in-person training to enable our employees and partners to get up to speed on the product
- Assist in designing, developing, and delivering in-person training programs and online courses, including course materials, exercises, and skills evaluations.
- Collaborate with various teams in Infor on the strategy for product training and enablement.
- Create assessments and certifications to ensure learning has occurred.
- Develop and support a network of qualified delivery experts in this area
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or related manufacturing industry experience
- Experience in programming in SQL and C# .Net
- Experience creating and delivering training within the product or a related field
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to learn complex technical concepts easily and deliver them effectively to a diverse audience globally
- Experience with Infor Lighthouse Systems products (MES Solutions) or other ERP solutions
- Proven presentation and people skills enable you to deliver engaging and effective in-person and virtual training
