Infor MES helps automotive manufacturers and suppliers develop operational models to simulate plant floor activities, determine optimal times to restock and replenish inventories, project just-in-time needs, improve traceability, and maximize the overall efficiency of manufacturing operations. With Infor MES, you’ll be better able to manage the shop floor and take advantage of digital insights.

Position Summary

The Global Enablement and Education team is looking for you to be a subject matter expert transferring product knowledge to employees and partners. As a trainer, your top priority will be training Infor employees and partners on the product. You will effectively use a variety of education methods, deliverables, and activities including, but not limited to instructor-led (classroom and virtual) training. You will also learn the products in depth and help develop content and help us grow the expertise in the company.

A Day In a Life Typically Includes
  • Deliver in-person training to enable our employees and partners to get up to speed on the product
  • Assist in designing, developing, and delivering in-person training programs and online courses, including course materials, exercises, and skills evaluations.
  • Collaborate with various teams in Infor on the strategy for product training and enablement.
  • Create assessments and certifications to ensure learning has occurred.
  • Develop and support a network of qualified delivery experts in this area
What You Will Need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or related manufacturing industry experience
  • Experience in programming in SQL and C# .Net
  • Experience creating and delivering training within the product or a related field
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to learn complex technical concepts easily and deliver them effectively to a diverse audience globally
What Will Put You Ahead:
  • Experience with Infor Lighthouse Systems products (MES Solutions) or other ERP solutions
  • Proven presentation and people skills enable you to deliver engaging and effective in-person and virtual training
