Infor is looking for a data-driven Junior Digital Experimentation Strategist to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you’ll help shape and optimize our primary web experience through thoughtful experimentation and conversion strategies. You’ll partner with designers, developers, and marketers to test and turn rapidly—transforming insights into actions that drive measurable business impact.

A Day in The Life Typically Looks Like:
  • Develop and execute growth strategies that enhance user acquisition, engagement, and retention across digital platforms—starting with our website.
  • Lead the day-to-day project management of the experimentation roadmap, ensuring tests are well-planned, prioritized, documented, and executed on schedule.
  • Plan, run, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to optimize conversion rates and web performance.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement user-centered design solutions that increase engagement and drive action.
  • Leverage personalization and targeting tactics to tailor user experiences for key segments.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing experimentation data to uncover insights, generate hypotheses, and guide iterative enhancements.
  • Create clear, engaging reports and presentations to communicate test results, key learnings, and recommendations to stakeholders across the business.
  • Stay informed on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in CRO, experimentation, and digital marketing.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with content, product marketing, and web development teams to ensure high-quality execution of strategies
Basic Qualifications:
  • Experience using A/B testing tools like Google Optimize, Optimizely, or VWO.
  • Prior experience with digital marketing, user behavior, and web analytics.
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in other digital marketing channels such as email marketing, lifecycle campaigns, or conversational marketing (e.g., chatbots, live chat).
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
